A little bit about Lenoir

Lenoir was opened with two big ideas: to help build a strong culinary community in Austin, and to redefine the food style of Austin. They source almost exclusively from a vibrant community of Texas farmers and food artisans who provide incredible produce, meat, cheese and inspiration. They serve a menu based on sustainable business that changes with the seasons, while still making sure to capture the taste of Texas.

My husband and I met Walter Schumacher at Whole Foods at Bee Cave. We chatted about his bee honey. He invited us to participate in the benefits at Lenoir on Sunday.
